I got some exciting news yesterday! Shannon at The Creative Party Place sent me an email to tell me my “Just Ducky Baby Shower” had been featured in her Monday’s post along with two others. You may have already seen the details of the party here if you visit me very often.
If you are unfamiliar with Shannon’s blog, you have a treat in store! It’s a gathering of some of the most creative ideas for parties in blogland and contains lots of “how-to” information. You can find ideas for everything from a 60th birthday party to an infant baptism. Before you plan your next party, be sure to visit Shannon at The Creative Party Place. Thanks again Shannon! I hope I’ll see you back here for Tablescape Thursday!
Congratulations Susan!! I did see that post and I too thought it was just ducky!! Really, I thought it was absolutely cute and I would use the idea if I were to give a baby shower.

Congratulations Susan! It should be featured. It was a fabulous party! laurie
ReplyDeleteSusan, this is the cutest idea ever, and I can understand exactly why you were featured! And your table was just glorious. I clicked back and oohed and ahhed over the beautiful food and dishes. Your punch bowl... GORGEOUS! The food... DELICIOUS. I love finger foods.
ReplyDeleteI did a baby shower for a close friend once and used a large wicker baby carriage with yellow roses as a cenerpiece. :-) I wish I had pictures, but I was notorious in the past for not taking pictures of things. It was brunch, so we had three different types of quiche, fresh fruit, strawberries dipped in chocolate, little muffins (can't remember the flavor now), and petit fours. But I love what you had. Did I spy open face tomato sandwiches??? One of my favorites! But the ducks in that punch bowl were the cutest things ever! Congrats again!
XO,
Sheila :-)
